"Scheduling was easy, friendly, and prompt. Jason came and fixed the guest bath toilet and then worked on the plumbing in the master bath remodel. He was clear and direct about what he found wrong. It was amazing even though I suspected it was not right. Jason fixed it all and will return to work with the sinks once the countertop is repaired. I really appreciate Jason's communication, clarity, professionalism, and skill. He inspired trust and I was very reassured about the work he did. I will definitely hire again."

"We had a backup and called a company we'd previously used to replace our sewer line 11 years ago (under different management). They came out, inspected the line, and told us it needed to be replaced for a cost of $8700. Things they told us about the inspection such as saying it was all original clay pipe didn't ring true with the sewer line replacement we'd had done 11 years ago. So we called a plumber we've used for interior shower and sink fixtures for a recommendation for sewer service. He gave us the number for Dave at Roman's Sewer Service. Dave was great. Came the next day, checked out the line with water running, said he didn't think we had a problem at that time, but gave us choices: 1) "wait and see" if we had another back up, 2) go ahead and have him do a clean out for probable roots, or 3) have the line inspected with a camera - explaining that he doesn't do camera inspections himself, but recommended Hydro Physics for that. No pressure, left it totally up to us what we wanted to do. Very helpful, very patient, not at all pushy. So since his "this is what I'd do" recommendation was to get the line inspected, we called Hydro Physics. They came out, did the inspection, found some roots but no breaks in the line, recommended we go ahead and have the roots cleaned out. So we called Dave back, he came next day, did the clean out for a very reasonable price. We asked him if we should schedule clean outs every year. He told us every two years would be frequently enough for sewer lines like ours. So at every step where Dave could easily have padded the costs and made recommendations that would have had us putting more money into his pocket, instead he made recommendations that were based on what our needs were and his objective opinion of what was best. He didn't base his recommendations on whether he got more money. What a refreshing change from today's usual way of doing business! Honesty and good sense without any hint of greed. I'm sure we will be calling Dave again in the future since our house is over 60 years old. But when we do call him, it will be with the confidence of knowing we will be dealing with a professional who has integrity and is not greedy. Thanks Dave!"

"An appointment was made for Daniel to come out on Tuesday afternoon, arriving sometime between 1:00 and 3:00, with a call to be made to my cell phone a half hour before his arrival. When I arrived home around noon I opened the basement door and the odor was gone. After a week of dealing with it that was quite a surprise. Daniel called right around 12:30 and said he should be there by 1:00. He arrived just a few minutes early. He was clean cut and wearing black jeans and a pressed shirt, very clean and professional appearing. He didn't smell any bad odor either but used a sniffer tool that would identify any sewer gas leaks. He was diligent and checked all the joints in the drain, sewer and vent lines. Nothing. I was prepared to have him scope the sewer line anyway just to rule out a problem, but he didn't think that was necessary. He suggested we wait instead and see if the smell comes back. If it does we can then call them to return and do further testing. Total charge for his service call? ZERO! Not even a trip charge. When was the last time a service professional made a house call for free? The entire experience from the phone call to see if they might be the right company to handle our problem to when he left our home was perfect, from start to finish. They may not have made any money from us this week, but you can bet we will call them the next time we have a plumbing or drain problem! I also sell real estate and am always looking for good partners to refer to my clients. Guess which company just moved to the top of my list? It's been a very long time since I've had a wow experience with a service company but they knocked by socks off."

"This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. On time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. If you go anywhere else you are making a mistake and spending more money than you have to."

"I had the dreaded backed up sewer line. This company was the 5th plumbing company I talked with. The first four I met with gave me much higher quotes saying I needed more extensive work than was necessary. The original cast iron line has partially disintegrated causing a belly. I was frustrated, not knowing anything about sewer lines. By the time I talked with Keith at Rooter Guy, I was fairly knowledgeable in sewer line replacement. Their quote was reasonable and Keith seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. They ended up replacing about 15' of line and flushed out the rest. The process included camera scoping of the line in the beginning for diagnosis, and following the flush to make sure it was fixed. In addition to the excellent workmanship that Steven and Jason, Master Plumber, provided, they were super nice and reassuring. They went about their work quietly and provided excellent clean up. No surprises with this company. I'm recommending them to all my friends and neighbors!"

"Dan was easy to contact and arrange an appointment with.  Dan and another of his team arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work quickly and easily without leaving any mess.   <br /> The home seller was present at the inspection and insisted that we use a drain cleanout point to perform the inspection from.  After taking a closer look, Dan concluded that the existing cleanout entry point left a blind spot of 10-15 feet of sewer that the camera wouldn't see--so he recommended and insisted that it was in our best interest as the buyers to do the scope from the toilet in the basement.  We appreciated Dan's advice and professionalism in protecting our best interest.  They removed the toilet, performed the scope, and re-installed the toilet with a new wax seal. <br /> See Inside Sewer Scope posted the narrated video of our sewer scope that night--it was clear and easy to understand.  We would definitely use them again. <br />"
