"I hired Great Basing Roofing to repair a roof leak. Carlos showed up within a week for the estimate and another week to do the repair was excellent! He communicated and delivered. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because until we get some rain, I cannot prove that my leaking roof is fixed. He was also a bit higher priced than others I had bids from, but they were flaky and Carlos wasn't. They cleaned up after themselves and the shingles matched so perfectly that you couldn't tell anyone had even worked on them. I highly recommend Carlos and Great Basin Roofing LLC."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
