I spoke with Chad and after texting him a photo of the sash problem he walked me through the fix over the phone. Otherwise he was willing to personally come to my home and fix the problem after hours. Doesn't get much better than that."

"Spa was leaking badly. Kyle showed up quickly and was able to identify that the heater was bad and also the jet pumps were leaking. He promptly drained the tub, removed the heater and pumps, and took the pumps to rebuild and helped me order the correct heater. Came back the following week after the new heater came in and installed it and the rebuilt pumps, and the spa is as good as new. He now comes every two weeks to help out with getting the chemicals balanced properly, and the spa water has never looked better. Friendly, professional service at a very affordable price."
