From my first contact with the company, which happened to be with one of the owners (Tim Kiefer) to the project beginning on September 20th, and finishing up on November 8th, it was smooth sailing. When Tim first came, he arrived a bit early and spent over an hour with me talking about the kitchen project. He let me know that there was no question about the remodel project too small to ask. He also told me that if I selected his company, he would be available to answer any questions or concerns I had at any time. Yes, there would be a production manager in place, but Tim let me know that he could be contacted as well. The main crew of two were extremely well-qualified. They were top-notch craftsman who really knew their profession. They always arrived early in the day and productively worked until the end of their day. Also, they cleaned up their work space before leaving each day, and that was appreciated! The production manager (Cody) was also impressive! He contacted me almost daily to review the work that was completed, tell me what was coming next, and ask if I had any questions. He also checked in with the guys about the progress they were making. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project, and with the whole process of working with this company. When you are having a lot of work done like we were, and spending a good portion of your hard-earned money, it is gratifying to connect with a company of professionals. Everyone that I came in contact with from Kiefer-Randall was friendly, highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and approachable. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future, and as a matter-of-fact, I have requested an estimate for work in the family room and hallway.
