"Joel has been very professional in responding to my request. He was very courteous and responsive. I felt he was very clear and transparent in explaining what is needed and what the detailed costs were in the formal estimate (compared to others that I also solicited). In fact, after opening the roof he mentioned that a couple of other plywood pieces were rotten which needs replacement not quoted in the first estimate. I did not anticipate the extra cost but was satisfied with his detailed explanation. I would surely reconsider him for future work"

"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."

"They did a great job.  They used ice and water shield where needed, including valleys.  All flashing was done correctly. New roof looks great.  We've had plenty of rain since the job and no leaks.
Jimmy (the owner) quoted the job promptly, scheduled the approximate date and the work was done on time.  We had a couple of rain days during the work and they took care to protect the parts of the roof where the old shingles were removed, so I wouldn't have any water damage.  The work crew (which always included Jimmy) were a bunch of nice guys and they knew what they were doing.  It was always easy dealing with Jimmy and any questions I had.  All debris and tools were cleaned up at the end of each day.
