"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Job involved the replacement of the roof on my home. The crew completed this job in one day. They worked fast and very clean. When done you couldn't tell anyone was there other than a new roof!"

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"What a wonderful business. Very responsive. Showed up exactly when expected, completed the project quickly and accurately and left no trace after clean up. All with a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Zaman to anyone looking to have roofing work done."

"Luxury roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof! They communicated well and were able to start work very quickly. The guys working were respectful of the property and cleaned up everything. I would absolutely recommend them for any home improvement work!"

"Our relationship with Exteriors of CT started in 2018 when I first moved to CT and needed the windows replaced in the house I just purchased. I met with 3 companies and got 3 quotes, Exteriors of CT wasn't the cheapest quote, but that was because they included far more in their quote. They not only replaced all of our 28 windows (including the removal of old storm windows) but they also replaced our rotting trim and vinyl wrapped it to ensure it looked amazing and wouldn't rot again. While they were working on my windows a storm blew through and my roof started leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. The Exteriors employee at my house that day actually climbed onto my roof and applied tar to the leaking area to hold me over until I could afford to replace my roof! Naturally I hired them to replace it a year later! They did such an amazing job on both my windows and roof that in 2021 they were the first company that I asked for a quote from for vinyl siding. I again got 3 quotes and Exteriors was only 2K higher than my lowest quote, but they again had included more. Of course I hired them for my siding job too. They had to remove a massive amount of old cedar shake siding, replace a large amount of rot, retrim all the windows they had just trimmed in 2018, and my house couldn't look better! I had MULTIPLE people stop when they would see me in the yard and ask me for the name of my siding company! I happily referred them to Exteriors of CT. It's been 6 months with our new siding and we couldn't be happier."

"Roger keeps a consistent crew who is courteous caring and very thorough. They do a good job while communicating concerns and never left the job in a precarious spot even with weather concerns around. In areas where they believed building deficiencies existed they performed the upgrade with not effect on job cost. We would certainly recommend Thermalfit and will be using them again in a few years when we do the roof."

"It looked okay. The only thing is when they took out of the shades they installed it backwards so it is still installed backwards. Other than that, everything was fine. The windows looked good, but the only thing was it was installed backwards. My husband called and we never heard back from them."

"We called G&G when our garage door wasn’t lifting. They came same-day and put a temporary fix in to get us by until the full replacement could come in. From the moment we decided to replace to the time the door was actually replaced was less than 48 hours. Our new door is so quiet now and looks great. And other than the beautiful new door, you would never know they were even in our garage as they cleaned up everything perfectly. We are a new permanent customer."
