"Last spring, we had this horrible water bill and discovered there was a sprinkler leak. The guy that came out was very professional and he definitely knew what he was doing. They did give some estimate on what it would cost to get some work done. He gave us a couple of different options on the work that we could get done. The house is 16 years old and the bushes that some of the sprinklers were supposed to sprinkle had overgrown. The set up didn't work anymore. They were here when they said they were going to be. "Steven came over on a Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate on turf removal and landscaping of our front yard. He emailed a detailed quote the following morning which, thankfully, met our budget. California Palms Landscaping was one of six companies (I know it was a lot) that I asked to provide us with estimates for our yard. After each company arrived, I usually had a good idea whether I could work with them. And if it was a â maybeâ , I emailed a quick question to await a response. Stevenâ s quote was comparable to one other companyâ s quote; however, I appreciated that Steven was extremely easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions rather quickly via email or phone call. I appreciate the hard work he and his employees put in the 3+ days of the project to create a beautiful front yard which we will enjoy in the coming seasons. Steven emailed the receipt the following day with, as promised, recommended locations to purchase plants and additional materials.
