"Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

"I had 9 windows replaced and the work was completed in one day. Salesman Dial was very knowledgeable about the product and he answered all of my questions. Installers Joe & James were very thorough and did a fantastic job of placing the new windows and repairing/replacing trim boards around one of the windows. It has rained several times since the installation and there has been no leakage - that's a good thing ! All parties involved in the process were friendly and helpful."

Throughout the process he was punctual and communicative, I was always well informed what was happening. During installation of the panel he discovered a bad meter box that needed to be replaced, it was unavoidable. He was able to complete both repairs in a timely manor. Due to what work was performed a state inspection was required. it passed with no issues. For me, the whole experiences was great, I never felt pressured into any repairs that were out of the scope of what I was asking for. 5 stars from this guy!"
