"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I appreciated the honesty. I was not sure that repairing my appliance would be cheaper than buying another, and they told me up front that repair was more expensive. Though I didn't opt to use their services, I would definitely call them for future appliance repair needs."

"I recently faced an issue with my refrigerator not cooling correctly, so I reached out to Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC for assistance. Throughout the entire process, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise, from the first phone call to the repair's completion. The technician, who I believe was named Nathan, arrived punctually, was amiable and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the issue to me and provided a detailed estimate of the repair costs before proceeding. The repair was executed efficiently, and the technician made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with the service I received from Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires appliance repair services."

"My experience with them went okay. They were pretty good. I did not end up purchasing a thing in addition from them. I just asked them to do the one thing and it went pretty well. I think that he was there whenever I was not in the premises. It was quick and easy. They did the service as expected and it did not have any complications."

"Went with him because he could come that day (Monday). At 4:30 pm, he hadn’t called, so I called him. Said was behind and would be back tomorrow (Tuesday) right after 9:00 am. His two men got there at 11:15 am. They had a hard time getting the refrigerator out of the cabinet space. Opened the doors and tried to pull it out that way, then shook it by the top of the door. I had to tell them to get low on the refrigerator and pull it out by grasping the bottom hinges on the closed door. The guy looked at it with a flashlight and decided it needed stop leak for a freon leak. He said he would be back late in the day, but they never showed or called. The next day I called them at 11:00 am and got a voicemail. When the owner called me back, I cancelled the service and called another repair company. The new guy did a thorough inspection and said the compressor was going out. Glad I didn’t use this vendor and I wouldn’t recommend him."
