He repaired all the dry rot underneath the front windows, cut my overgrown hedges back located right in front of the windows, power washed and painted all the exterior wood and trim on the house and hung new shutters for all front windows. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 5 I definitely would. I highly recommend AG CONSTRUCTION! "Tommy did an excellent job. The extent of the damage wasn't obvious at first, but after peeling back the trim around the door, it became obvious the builder of the house had not installed the door very well. Tommy shimmed and secured the door, replaced the hinges, and put a new door handle and lock on the door. He did an excellent job and was done in about 2 hours time (ver 2 days since some stuff had to dry). He was on time, respected my privacy while working, and was very fair about charges for the extent of the work done. Would definitely use again!"

"My bathrooms were in really bad shape there was hidden damages and we did not know how much work needed to be done. <br /> He kept us informed on every step showing us what the damage were and what needed to be done to fix it. He was open to our suggestions and did what needed to be done. If there was a better way to fix a problem he let us know and we agreed with the important information he gave us. He is a man that takes pride in his work and does a great job. And it shows the bathrooms are beautiful. And I would recommend him to anyone who needs renovations done.
