Concrete pools installed by MOST companies require many Sub-Contractors and with them brings numerous scheduling problems into the project. This often translates out to long delays waiting for your pool to be completed. With our New Space Age ceramic material we have been able to overcome the blistering and cobalting problems that the fiberglass pools are known for. Most manufacturers offer little or no warranty against this ugly problem. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful.
