"We had a heavy downpour in our area (Clearview) about a month ago and observed internal evidence of a small leak which we suspected was coming from a Roof Vent. North Creek Roofing came out, looked over our whole roof (asphalt shingle, low slope) and agreed with our assessment. We had a bid the same day, and two days later we had a 2-man crew on the job. They replaced the roof vent quickly and also took the time to seal other nails that they though might be problematic. The roof got a thorough look. They spent about an hour on the job site. They also took the time to blow off some leaves that had accumulated."

He was a about a half hour late for the appointment but did call. I would suggest to be honest with the pricing up front. They couldn't give me a up front cost.  <br /> <br /> I did pay more then I had expected to and think they were a little higher then other companies. I would use them again if the pricing was right, I don't want to spend $5,000 on replacing my chimney."

"When they called me back, they took my address, looked it up online and were able to immediately give me an idea of what the potential issues were based on the location of the leak.
