"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

Explained all my options and even helped through some customization between having a residence here and a cabin there and getting the right channels for over in Cle Elum. We needed to have this installed on a weekend and they guaranteed they could do it and would call on their drive over from Puyallup to Cle Elum. Install was on time and our installer actually called before they showed up at 7 am on a Saturday just like they committed. He went through all our install options and helped us pick the right location after taking our future additions into consideration. After the install he took the right amount of time to explain to my wife (not tech savvy) all the options and how to work everything. Couldn't be happier with their total service and would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for Satellite Service."

"Overall, the experience was excellent. <br /> They break their crews into high-voltage and low-voltage. <br /> We had the high-voltage guys in for 3 days while they re-wired a significant portion of the house. <br /> Installing new outlets and converting old outlets to grounded. <br /> They also ran power to the hot tub and installed new overhead lighting. <br /> I was met by the guy who coordinates everything, he ran through everything we needed. <br /> Gave us an estimate that was fairly accurate. <br /> The low-voltage guys did a great job hanging the TVs and wiring up all of our devices (DVR,DVD player, cable boxes, video game systems)  They all installed surround sound speakers for some of the TVs <br /> Overall very professional, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on, or the work I was being charged for. <br /> <br />"

They go all around your house and basically make a huge list of everything they want you to upgrade. I really just wanted the chandelier hung, so I found this slightly annoying but they do it with every service call."

"Fuller Electric did a tremendous job of changing my electrical panel.  They have been one of the most responsive and responsible companies I have ever dealt with for any kind of service.  When I expressed interest in the project, I was contacted immediately.  After that, all my contacts with them were incredibly quick and helpful.  There are so many companies that are slow to respond that we as a society are numbed to their bad business practices; Fuller Electric restored my faith.  Every time I called them, I got an immediate response (from Patti who we mainly dealt with).   <br /> The work itself, by Joey Devore, was beyond excellent.  The panel is in our garage, and on a cold, rainy day like it was when he did his work, the conditions were about as bad as they could be.  It did not bother him; he did his work in the timeframe expected, and his work was thorough, neat, professional and effective.  Our electrical system works perfectly now.  Even the State electrical inspector complimented Joey on the tremendous job he did.   <br /> A few days after the job, I noticed that there was no obvious generator hookup that was supposed to be part of the job.  I contacted Patti at Fuller, and she called back immediately to say that Joey would be at my house within an hour to connect the generator hookup (Fuller Electric is 40 miles away from my house).  There had been a communication breakdown that did not enable Joey to know the generator hookup was part of the job.  But what a quick and effective response!! <br /> I cannot praise Fuller Electric enough for the work they did at my house.  I will always use them in the future even though they are located some 40 miles from my house.  I would give them the highest recommendation to anyone. <br />"
