"Definitely hire Northern Pacific Exteriors (NPE) if you want high quality meticulous work done efficiently, safely, and right on budget and schedule. I purchased my first home ever in 2019, but it needed major refurbishments (which is part of what put it within my reach financially). All of my neighbors advised me to get this James Hardie siding, so I researched the brand, submitted an inquiry through their website, and was contacted by NPE. They provided a quote for the siding so I knew what to budget for, but the roof needed to be replaced first. I used NPE for my roof replacement since I knew I was planning to use them for my siding project, and drew up a multi-year financial plan to tackle these projects. On both jobs, NPE's team worked efficiently and did an outstanding job. The guys showed incredible attention to detail and I could tell they all really took pride in their work. In addition to the siding installation, they took out a chimney that had considerable rot, and installed a new window to in its place to bring the light in. This also meant fixing the roof line. They were able to handle everything and there were no surprises, NPE delivered exactly what they promised. The best part is that now my house actually holds the heat in and feels like a home now. NPE is worth the investment!"

"I selected Side-Pro because they were the most professional, direct and honest of the contractors I interviewed. The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"This was a small job to remove existing and install new siding on one second-story exterior wall above an attached garage. James, the person who arrived at my home to initially measure and quote the job was pleasant and not too sales-y. He claimed that the company could complete the job sooner than others in the area by a couple weeks. This was the first quote I obtained and an incentive was offered if I accepted the quote and provided payment that day and pursued no other quotes. I was contacted by Matt after a few weeks from there forward regarding the job. Conversations with Matt were brief, to the point, and accurate, which was appreciated. He answered any questions I had. The delivery of materials occurred with no advance notice. Luckily someone was home to remove obstacles when the driver arrived. The delivery occurred nearly a week outside the quoted completion window, however. The crew arrived a couple days later, when Matt said they would. The replacement siding, trim, and weather sealing work appears to be of good quality. However, I found issues with the cleanup...specifically, debris left on the property. The workers used a leaf blower in an attempt to clean up the work area and blew detritus all over the driveway, porch, and front/back yard. From there, the larger pieces were picked up, but some construction debris 2" in diameter or less were left, with much of it blown into the grass. I also found nearly a dozen nails that were missed, with several in the driveway or around walkways. There were two brooms and a large trash cart accessible to aid with cleanup, so the choice to blow debris into the grass is confusing. Worse, I parked a vehicle away from the work area as suggested, but found shingle gravels, siding debris, and paint all over the rear half of it. Lastly, the a portion of the gutter is damaged (concave) where the workers' ladder was resting between gutter nails. I"d have rated five stars if not for the cleanup issues, minor gutter damage, and unannounced materials delivery. Recommended."
