"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

He is professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. He treats your home as if it were his own. He meticulously cleans up after a job, he works fast but is conscientious about each project so things are well thought out and done well. He even gives great advice if youâ re attempting to tackle a job on your own. He notices and sensitively points out things that arenâ t right. IE: when we first bought our home while here doing unrelated work, Jim noticed the garage ceiling drywall was in danger of falling. He immediately brought it to our attention and promptly fixed it saving us from certain disaster. This is the kind of person he is, he genuinely cares about his clients and he goes above and beyond what is expected. Hire Jim Leonard, you will be so so glad you did!"

"He was amazing. He replaced my ceiling fan in the dining room, replaced my kitchen faucet and fixed my toilet that was not flushing correctly. I also added a few things that I needed done and he completed my list. Everything looks amazing and he was very neat and tidy. It’s really hard to find a good handyman and he is the best!"
