"Air duct cleaning went very well. Face bowl faucet not repaired. It was suggested that I buy new parts totaling over$400. I just wanted a stopper replaced and a leak stopped. Not totally satisfied. Furnace tune-up and water heater check is set up for appointment next month."

"Mr.Reed was able to fit us in quickly and was super responsive by phone and text. We were able to figure out a solution before he arrived. He brought everything needed. The original sump setup wasn't ideal but he was able to improve it and install the backup sump. He went through everything after install, cleaned up, and even looked at another project I was considering. Highly recommend them."
