Get matched with top wood or fiber cement siding installation or complete replacement pros in Erie, PA

"I recently hired Tops Roofing & Remodeling to replace the roof on my mother's house in Erie, PA. She applied for financing which first required Tops to jump through a few hurdles to qualify as a contractor for that financing. Tom was thoroughly responsive to those requests for information from the lender and did so in a timely manner. During the roof installation, Tom stayed in contact with me by phone to provide daily progress updates and scope of work updates. Since I live out of town, the communication provided during this entire process was absolutely necessary for me to get this done. I needed a contractor who I could communicate with and trust that things were getting done the way we agreed to and thankfully that company is Tops Roofing and Remodel. We also appreciated the respect and professionalism of the crew and are happy with the finished product."

"I couldn’t be happier with my Siding gutters downspouts, and complete home construction job done by Home genius exteriors. They were extremely efficient, clean, well knowledged, and did a great job! My whole job was done in two weeks And I have a large house. Brian and Ron did great with the inspection and starting the process. Nick, the project manager, kept in constant contact to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions or problems. Roberto and Freddy, the crew for the siding, were hard workers and extremely clean. They cleaned up the area every day."

"The company was very professional and did a good job for us. They are not cheap, but did offer a discount for a combo job for both gutters and insulation. Their crew was meticulous and did a very good job with clean-up after the work was completed."

"They repaired the roof and the gutter on the side of the house. They were very professional and very quick to answer any questions I had. They made sure I was happy with the job before they left. Can't wait to use them again for the inside repairs!"

"The job went great. Very professional installation crew. I would highly recommend them. What a difference from my old windows. I liked that they had several brands to choose from. I got the triple pane ones that were on special, for they were less than what other companies, wanted for double pane. They are a lot quieter too!"

"Brian did excellent work and was very reliable. He let us know when to expect him on the job and showed up on time. Brian offered innovative solutions and options that increased the value of our home."

"The quote was delivered promptly and a date set for immediate repair.
The weather conditions at the time of the repair were difficult and the
repair was made on a timely basis. They matched the 15 year old
materials perfectly and the repair is not visible.  They left the site clean and in order.
