"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled.
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

"They are a full service Plumber and I needed some work done on my septic system. I have no complaints at all. They were fast, knowledgeable and have great customer service. They’re top notch."

"No deodorizer seemed to be used on the carpet or the couch. The carpets were wet for 2 days...did not appear clean, even after drying. The couch cost us $70 extra and the spots still remained. To look at the carpets and couch, you'd never know anyone was there to clean them. We were extremely disappointed."

"The guys are great! They are friendly and work hard. They know what they are doing and completed several plumbing projects for me over the past months."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "Jason and his crew were professional, punctual, worked quickly and did a great job! I noticed that some additional touch-ups were done that were not even part of the original quote."

"The service of installing the water pump and repairing the broken pipes was fine. They never came back out to adjust the air pump.  They never returned phone calls and they did do a good written estimate which we asked for so we could send a claim to our insurance company."

"It went very well. When my neighbour had a concern he listened and came up with a solution that she is very happy with. My neighbour up the street also asked him to do a job for her. He is professional and personable. Thank you!"

"Excellent work at an affordable cost. Helped me through the entire process. Always provided good work and charged what I felt was very little for what I was getting."

"Joey was professional, efficient, and prompt when fixing my plumbing. I would highly recommend for anyone needing some work done. 10/10"
