"We had our ac unit replaced by ALL 13 months ago. At the time they were very nice and seemed to do a good job. However, several weeks back we noticed the unit seemed to run a lot. We called and they came out to do the yearly service. Tech checked the unit, told us it was low on freon but that since we were having a "cool snap"he would come back in a few days to make sure it wasn't artifactual. He never came back. Now two weeks later the unit just quits cooling yesterday and the freon line is frozen solid. Called and was told nothing to do but turn it off and let it thaw out overnight. So we sweat it out with no ac overnight. Next day we are still waiting at 2 in the afternoon for them to show up. Things that bother me are <br /> A) we called before this got bad and we're basically forgotten about after the first visit. Now it has completely quit and we are not even made a priority. <br /> B) this unit is barely 13 months old!! <br /> <br /> *UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of ALL about my experience. Jason was very nice and remedied the problems we had with the service. The part was installed the next day and he called to followup and make sure the unit was cooling well.  Overall, I am very impressed. Most owners do not take such a hands on approach and the call really meant a lot.  I would use ALL in the future and will recommend them based on my subsequent experience with the company and the owner. "
