"We have moved several times and therefore have owned several homes where we have had work done.  This by far was the best experience I had as far as professionalism, promptness, and quality of work.  The different contractors were here when they said they would be here.  They cleaned up everyday before they went home, and all were very professional and friendly.  Darrel, the Owner of Mr Fix It, was here on several occasions to follow up and check on progress and quality of work.  He promised that the work would be done before Christmas, and delivered on that promise.  I would say overall the work took about 2 to 2.5 weeks from start to finish.  Installing ceiling fans and painting the bathroom were in my original quote, but put me over budget, so I decided to paint the bathroom myself, and will look to have fans installed at a later date.  All of the contractors were knowledgeable and that was helpful in our decision making as far as color choice with tile and grout.  We were fortunate enough to have a spare box of tile left behind from the previous owners that matched the bathroom floor.  The gentleman who tiled the bathroom originally used the wrong grout color, but it was discovered and remedied immediately, and he did a great job of matching the existing grout the second time.  I see this only as a human error, and am reporting it because I really appreciate how professionally the discrepancy was handled.  We love the changes and love the quality of the work."
