When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"These guys were great!  From the first call to their office they scheduled us right in for an inspection.  When the inspector came he was organized, curious and extremely informative. When the job started, the crew was on time and worked unbelievably hard throughout the entire day, these men were super thorough. The foremen positioned the sump pump and discharge line so it was almost invisible to the naked eye.   Required a drain through the wall of the house. They also finished the job 1/2 day earlier then they had anticipated.  When they finished the job the basement was left clean and neat.  We got several quotes for the waterproofing and we are very happy with the results we got from AmeriDry.
