"Karl was great! Our water heater went out and he came the next day to install a new one, even though he was going out of the country on vacation that afternoon. Very nice guy and a true professional! Will definitely use him again. Highly recommend."

"Josh and his helper did a great job plumbing in our new construction home, including putting in a whole home water purification system, and a 400 gallon holding tank since we live on a high ridge. Love how our house has turned out and they are hard workers!"

"We were having problems with our hot water heater and Karl and Mike were able to come out the next morning. They were fast, kind, respectful, and did a great job replacing our water heater. They even came out the next day on a Saturday when we realized that our pressure regulator failing was the cause of all of our problems! I would highly recommend them as they are trustworthy, quality guys and professionals."

"Mr. Bobby Hicks contacted me back when he said he would. By photos I had sent him he gave me a fair estimate over the phone to replace my water heater. He arrived the next day on time. He and his assistant Matt went straight to work, remove the old water heater, and installed the new one in close to 2 hours. They did a great job and I would recommend Mr. Hicks and Water Heater Pros to anyone needing water heater service!"

"Mr. Pinkston was very thorough and efficient. He checked all water pipes, faucets, etc. for leaks and gave good advice for maintenance."

"We hired them to remove a jetted tub. The removed the tub for us and did excellent work. They fixed our water heater issues while they were here as well. The cleaned up once finished. Very impressive. We will 100% be using them again for work. We have already referred them to others. Couldn?t ask for better! Timely, responsive."

"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"Daniel was quick to respond to my problem with my water heater. He also fixed my problem with my two toilets. I was promised a receipt for my water heater but never received it. Now, I don't seem to be able to get in touch no more."
