I talked to Taylor, the owner, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He came over the following day (as I had hoped) and was equally pleasant and professional. "Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare the price too, and I understand that it was no fault of my own or the person dispatched to take care of my issue, but the cost seemed to be a lot more than I had expected. However, he did have to dig down almost five feet just to find where the leak was in my water main. I have no clue how incompetent the people that built this home were, but there is no reason to have had the water main routed this way or this deep. I also feel that I should have asked for a better break down of the cost and charges to better understand rather than just a synopsis of the work done and then a lump sum for the work. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service provided, as well as, with how to service person kept me informed."

"The installation of the copper piping involved removing all galvanized piping and installing copper from beneath the house. Some walls needed to be cut into in order to replace the piping. All sheet rock was repaired and re-tiled where needed. The finish product was like new. There was 2 or 3 men working at all times, always doing their best to least interrupt our daily lives.We never saw the men take a break or waste any time. Very impressive.. Everyone was very punctual, on time when they said they would be. Dave Sargent, owner and his supervisor, Jessie, were always available with helpful advice and supervising the project.
