A nice young man, William, arrived and discussed the job. I was especially concerned about the bricks on the side of the house where sun doesn't shine except in the early morning hours, as they were covered in mildew. William pre-treated this area; and, after he pressured cleaned it, the bricks looked like new!! I was very impressed.
He then pressured cleaned the front of my house (and garage door), the sidewalk leading up to the door, the door itself and all around the door, getting rid of spider webs and dirt. It is unbelievable how nice (and new) the house looks!

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"It turned out well. I used it shortly after I purchased the deal. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount as I had them repair something that they found while doing it. They did everything as advertised and then in addition to that, they also fixed some molding around the chimney that had become cracked and weathered. I had not used them before.
