"The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."

"I had a sunroom that a previous contractor had built, but that contractor had very shoddy work. The room was a nightmare. Other contractors wouldn't touch it, but Coastal Empire made it look wonderful! The workmen were very polite, tidy, and did a great job! I am very pleased with the work they did. I now have a beautiful sunroom that I can actually use!"

After four years of working with other firms in the Athens and Rome markets, Rob Parker started Timberline Designs, Inc. as a landscape design firm in February 1998. After two years of contracting all aspects of the implementation process, we branched out and added our own installation division and added the Grounds Management Division in January 2001.\n\nRob Parker (Principal): Georgia Registered Landscape Architect, Bachelor's of Landscape Architecture from The University of Georgia, over 10 years of experience including golf course construction, implementation of erosion control measures, reforestation, and hardscape construction.\n\n�The design portion of our company brings me the most enjoyment because I get to meet the clients, find out their needs, wants and desires and try to exceed these expectations with our design. I enjoy challenges on the design table.�
