"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. "The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule."
