After cleaning he was requested to apply a clear stain of my choice inside the gazebo and then a solid stain of my choice to both the deck surface and the gazebo’ outsides. I could not have been happier with a contractor ‘s service performance. Weather cooperating he masterfully completed everything in 3 days as estimated. The screening replacement was not straight forwarded. It not just that Mr Smith and his support did a great job he did not require deposit or payment on this scale of job until it was completed and performance approved by me. He is as open and honest of a contractor as I have met. His attention to detail was as if it was his own property. Also his cleanup was excellent. I thought his price was fair and have already recommended his services to neighbors."

"The contractor did a great job. He and his crew were respectful and efficient. The only problem that I had was with the bidding process. I accepted his bid of $1,500, but when he arrived, the contract that he wanted me to sign was for $2,000. I did not have a problem with the $2,000 price. That was what I fe;t that job should have been priced from the beginning. My problem was with proces. I like him and wished he had been upfront."

"Great! Samuel did an amazing job. He and his helper cleaned windows, sills, and storms so that they absolutely sparkled. They removed all the storms to wash them, cleaned off the screens and washed the windows inside and out. They had to move furniture around here and there and did so carefully without causing damage. I work from home and they were quiet and courteous which I really appreciated so I did not lose a day of work. I was amazed they did such a good job and got it all done in one work day. The price I was quoted was right in between 2 others--one on the high end and one on the low end. I liked that Mel showed up personally to do the estimate, exactly when he said he would, demonstrated how the storms would be removed and cleaned, and told me the name of the person to expect and when he would arrive.
