"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"Wilson from Wolcott Plumbing did a very fine job of replacing 2 toilets in our house. He answered all our questions, explained everything in a friendly, efficient manner and did a speedy job. If we ever have plumbing needs in the future we'll call Wolcott and request Wilson to do the work. Very happy with Wilson's attitude and work."

"As a Realtor, having reliable contractors I can confidently recommend to my clients is incredibly important, and Eric with Tight Lines Plumbing is always my first call. He recently installed a new water heater at my home in Wilsonville, and the experience only reinforced why I trust him so much. Eric is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and does exceptional work. He takes the time to explain everything, offers fair pricing, and truly cares about his customers. My clients have always had great experiences with him, and I never hesitate to send his name their way. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust, whether it’s a water heater, repairs, or a larger plumbing project, I highly recommend Tight Lines Plumbing!"

"Wanted to charge me 600$ just to replace a shower faucet cartridge. So I paid the 100$ appointment fee and had them tell me the part number so i could order it off amazon for 30$ and replace it myself. I already did the disassembly of the faucet myself and they still wanted to charge me 600$ for 10 min replacement"

"We hired CNC to help replace a damaged / leaking main water line. The existing line had already been repaired in multiple locations, so CNC advised that it was time for a completely new run from the street or it would just break again (30yr old pvc). They brought in a hydrovac and horizontal drill to tunnel under the driveway and into the crawlspace. They got the job done in a single day, including installing an automatic shutoff (leak detection), and we were without water for less than a couple hours! After the city inspection (all handled by CNC) they came back and replaced the concrete and landscaping that was disturbed in the process. We?ve also had them work on our kitchen faucet, and replace some old fixtures in both bathrooms (toilets & new shower hardware). Absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing needs, and that?s not all they do! As a homeowner, I know they?ll be here again in the future, and I know that I?ll get the best service."

"Midtown Plumbing did a very professional and thorough job of totally replumbing an unfinished basement bathroom. The crew were very friendly and made the effort to thoroughly answer all my questions to my satisfaction. They also added necessary items that I was not aware were required. Their drain line routings were a beauty to see. While backfilling and self compacting prior to the slab pour I was concerned about a soft, moist surface and partially reexcavated a portion of their work. Midtown returned and retested for leaks and verified that all plumbing was good, and at no extra cost. I was very impressed with their honesty, diligence and pride in their work."

"Superb. Our two technicians Michael and Christian were very thorough. We had a tricky dryer vent, which they figured out and explained to us. Our skinny townhouse is three stories, so they had to carry equipment up and down stairs, which they did without banging any walls. Superb job all around."

"It went excellent. I am a realtor and I have used them several times, I also refer them to my clients. They are one of my go to sources for servicing oil furnaces. The staff is one time, knowledgeable and friendly."

"Terrific company to work with! Pacific Crest Plumbing replaced my old and failing water heater with a new improved unit. They were professional, timely, and efficient. The job was done as scheduled and above my expectations. They added an insulating foam block under the heater to increase efficiency of the unit and also installed better earth quake straps. A job well done and highly recommended."
