"ROOF REPLACEMENT WENT SMOOTHLY AND ON TIME"

"I did hours of research, interviewed eight contractors on round one , and drove them nuts with questions. When complete, I pretty much knew that Roman roofing would be my choice but to make myself happy I went through two round two with a lesser number of contractors and, as I suspected Roman was my choice. Since I Cannot say anything negative about the whole reroof process with Roman Roofing I will list the positives. I received a Detailed Estimate including all materials by brand name ( I wanted all materials from a single manufacturer) Price was mid range between 8 contractors interviewed which is where I like to be. My actual Start date was much earlier than estimated. Tear off of old shingles, two layers of underlayment, replacement of bad plywood, all plywood renailed to current code, New underlayment and drip edge installed ….all in one day. New shingles complete in one day Excellent cleanup after the job was complete. In addition , I felt comfortable throughout the whole process (except for the spending the money part) through the efforts of Roman Representative Ralph Chianese. He answered all my questions in detail and offered me insights into the insurance process that no other contractor even mentioned. Can’t say enough about Ralph but if all their reps are on a par with him you will be in good hands. That all said my Rating is 5 stars."

When Saint Raphael Roofing came out for an inspection, the technician told me that my roof actually had five to seven years of life left. He explained that a few simple repairs and some maintenance on the pipe boots would solve my current leaks for a fraction of the cost. I was so impressed by their honesty that I hired them on the spot to do the repairs. They didn't try to pressure me into a contract I didn't need or use "scare tactics" about my roof's condition. When the time eventually comes for a full replacement, I won't even call for other quotes. I trust this company implicitly because they put the customer?s needs above their own profit margins."

During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to. I am not sure that any other roofing company would have been as dedication and professional."

"Top Hat Roofing is a Top-Notch, First-Class roofing company that specializes in roofing. Mitch is the ultimate professional and a genuinely nice, caring person who pays attention to detail, listens to what you have to say and gets the job done with the degree of experience he and his tradesmen have. He also is very honest in his appraisals and is very fair in his pricing. We had about 15-20 inches of rain this past week and it exposed a bad leak in the roof. I called and explained my situation with the leak in the roof and Mitch was kind enough and cared enough to come out that same day within a few hours to listen and see what had happened. He knew exactly what was wrong and knew what to do to fix it. He sent Isidro out to me within 2 days. Isidro is an expert in roofing. He found more issues with the roof and fixed them. He is a master at this and it showed as he was able to correct all of the issues. I have dealt with other companies that don’t come close to this one."
