"I had a clog in my main sewer line. The water in the toilet in my master bathroom wouldn't go down. I also had water and sewage that came up from my shower drain in my guest bathroom. I called Drain Surgeon around 8:30 AM. They were already booked today so we made an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called me around 1:00 PM and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes! I was ecstatic that they could be here today. The two guys were very efficient and figured out where to look for the clog pretty quickly. They were able to open up the clog (it was a lot of hair). They made sure that the toilets were flushing ok, and we also tried running the sink water and the shower. They were so very efficient! They were also very neat and tidy. The only things I had to clean up was from the initial mess before I called them, and I also had to move my boxes back in the basement (ha ha; I have way too much junk downstairs). "After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. "AFTER THE TECHNICIANS? FROM N.E.W. WORKED ON MY HEAT PUMP FOR 3 MONTHS (NOV-FEB) AND PAYING THEM $373 THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED WITH MORE PARTS STILL ON ORDER I INFORMED N.E.W. THAT I WOULD FIND SOME ONE ELSE TO FIGURE IT OUT-AFTER THE DIFFERENT HEATING COMPANY TECHS. INSTALLED THE PART N.E.W. HAD ON ORDER THE PUMP STILL WASN'T WORKING CORRECTLY UPON TROUBLE SHOOTING FURTHER THEY DISCOVERED N.E.W. HAD OVER FILLED THE FREON (WHICH HAD TO BE REMOVED) AND DONE RIGHT ALSO THE CONTROL BOARD THEY HAD INSTALLED WAS WIRED IMPROPERLY-AFTER CORRECTING THESE MISTAKES THE HEAT PUMP WORK OK. IF THE FREON NOT BEEN ADDED AND THE CONTROL BOARD INSTALLED CORRECTLY IT WOULD HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM INSTEAD IT COST ME ANOTHER $723 TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM N.E.W HAD. CREATED. THE REPAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED"
