"I followed up on an email they sent me about an old quote where I asked about their schedule to get this going. After two days of no response I emailed again. One day after that they finally responded but it was an automated notification for an appointment for them to come out to create another quote. I emailed asking what is this about since I wasn't consulted about this appointment and had yet to speak with a human. I had to send multiple emails to understand why I was getting an automated email and no answers to questions. Finally I get an email saying they're withdrawing from a quote. Very bizarre interaction that should have been fairly simple. I enjoyed speaking with the original worker, Damon, who made the original quote, but this email interaction gave me no confidence in their ability to communicate and get the job done, and I'll never know because they withdrew before we even got to that point because of their own inability to communicate."
