The guys were very personable and the cost was very reasonable for the job they had to do. They also completely cleaned up the inside and outside work sites before they left. He could hear where the water was flowing and he could hear where the water stopped. He is like a modern day dowser. He was able to discover exactly what the problem was. They did the roto rooter thing but suggested the fiber thing to see exactly where it was. The owner came out and didn't charge me for the second visit. The price was fair, reasonable, cheap. He's probably in his late twenties / early thirties. He is a gift. We've only had one big rain since then and my basement was dry. I am waiting for another galosh just to be sure the problem is solved completely."

They had to come back twice to get it working. They guarantee their work and were very quick to respond when we called and told them about the problem. They didn't ask for more money for the subsequent visits."
