"Personable, honest about economic feasibility of the repairs, gave good tips for further maintenance."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Service technicians were very professional. Will use them for future service repairs!"

"Explained everything. Saved me money on repair. The cost for just coming out was a little high."

"I submitted a range/oven control board (15 yrs. old) and doubted that I would be satisfied with the service, based on past similar experiences with other companies. To my, and my wife's surprise, we received the best service ever, not to mention the reasonable cost for the repair. The gentleman that did the repair called personally to describe all components he replaced prior to return shipping, including one that had was not in their stock. He was pleasant and informative to talk to. The board looks and works like brand new. We had it back within 2 weeks. Best service I can remember having. Thankyou TRS !!"

"Very professional and top Shelf Knowledgeable. Will use him in the future for any appliance repair!!!"

"I hired Cowboy Appliances Service and Repair to work on my oven. I have nothing bad to say about their services. When I sent in a report requesting services for my oven, they responded promptly. When there was still an issue with my oven after the technician first repaired it, I contacted them back after hours (that was the time when I used my oven after the services was completed) expressing my concerns. I wasn't ignored. I wasn't rushed off. My concerns were validated. The technician returned the very next day. He fixed the issue with my oven without charging me extra for the same problem or making up another problem to try to get more money out of me. I respect and appreciate that wholeheartedly giving that we live in an time where the economy is very high and some people and companies try to take advantage of their customers in their time of need. The customer service was great and down to earth. I would recommend this company to anyone needing services on their appliances."
