"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

A semi-inground pool offers a sweet spot between cost and durability—tougher than an above-ground model yet far less expensive than a full in-ground build. Lifespans range from roughly seven to 75 years, depending on the materials you choose. Depending on the build, your timeline can be as short as two days or as long as five weeks. Lowering an existing above-ground pool a few feet takes three to five days. Building a raised in-ground pool with concrete walls and a retaining wall takes several weeks. Remember to factor in contractor schedules and permit approvals—they can tack on a few extra days at either end.
With standard liners, a semi-inground pool lasts seven to 15 years. Upgrade to a concrete shell and you’re looking at up to 75 years of service. As with any pool, top-tier materials and consistent maintenance are the key to achieving long-term durability, allowing you to plan your investment and upkeep with confidence.
Most semi-inground pools fall between three and eight feet deep. Lap pools, for instance, stay around four feet throughout, while family-style models may pair a shallow end with a deeper section. Your liner choice and how much soil you remove ultimately set the depth, and both decisions influence the project’s final price and layout.
