I recently left the union as a journeyman carpenter and superintendent. I built custom homes in my 20’s after graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She was as attentive to our needs as if we were a much bigger job. Kathy listened to us and helped design a much brighter and functional downstairs. She designed, and then we went through colors and floors and tile designs together. She set up a master calender and had the tradesmen set up in a neat and orderly time-line to complete our project. She supervised every step personally, dropping by frequently to check on the progress and confer with us. The back and forth communication was excellent, with her rapidly responding to our every query. The craftsmen she chose were tidy, often cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. The cost overrun due to needing a new circuit box was explained well, as was the one time delay due to a worker being summoned for jury duty. Even with these disruptions, the project was pretty much on budget and on time. I am so happy with the outcome and my house now makes me smile."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost.
