"They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"

As the roof on the house was falling apart and we were facing another coastal Oregon winter, it was clear that we needed trustworthy, timely and affordable help making sure that the house and the folks in it would be protected from the storms. Working with Oliver has been exactly the right choice. He and his crew did a spectacular job with our full roof replacement- everything looks incredibly sharp and more weather-ready than it has at any time in the 30 years our family has owned the place. "Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."
