"My biggest fear with getting a new roof was finding nails in my tires or my dog?s paws. I mentioned this concern to the foreman at Apple Roofing before they started the tear-off. He assured me they used a high-powered magnetic sweep and specialized debris containment. I watched the crew throughout the day, and they were incredibly diligent about catching every scrap. They laid down heavy-duty tarps to protect my rose bushes and expensive landscaping. Not a single leaf was out of place on my bushes when they packed up for the night. They did a final sweep of the driveway three times just to be absolutely certain it was clear. I searched the yard myself the next morning and couldn't find a single stray shingle or nail. It is rare to find a contractor that respects your property as much as you do. Their commitment to a clean job site is truly what sets them apart in Kearney."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Charlie submitted the lowest bid at $5250.Answered all my questions and also informed me that my old roof which was only 11 years old ,was manufactured by CertainTeed company and that  litigation was pending in calf. for faulty manufacturing  He gave me the 800 number to call to file a claim. The web site is http://certainteedshinglesettlement.com/settlementcalculator.cfm . We did not use charlie this time but would recommend him in the future.
