I made them come back later and go up in the attic. First time I tried to call back, the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. Then when I finally did get in touch with them and set up a meeting time, they didn't show up. Finally called the office and got them back out. They did so some touch up sealing with silicone around my chimney, which was another leak I had previously, for free to make up for my inconveniences."
