"Adams Roofing was great. They came out same day to give me a quote and upon agreeing they were able to schedule me for only a few days later. I had them do the following work: * Fix a leak in my roof (by removing an unused chimney and covering with asphalt shingles) * Add soffit vents to increase the ventilation in my attic * Remove an old satellite dish on the roof & replace with shingles * Tuckpointing in multiple locations (a couple locations were definitely letting some water in) * Waterproofing the front corner of my house I was impressed that they were able to fit me in quickly. They showed up a bit after they had expected to the first day, but stayed late to finish as much as possible that day and scheduled to come back 2 days later to do the basement waterproofing. They ended up coming back the next day to start digging out the area and on the last day were here before 8am to finish the work. I'm now happy to say that my basement and roof no longer leak and the tuckpointing looks great. Overall, we're very happy with the work."

Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. "I originally took bids from 4 companies to install trim wrap only, then also asked for full residing & trim quotes. Two outfits did not inspire confidence with regard to follow-through and expertise. US Exterior by Seidel and one other were impressive in explaining their materials and methods, and US Exterior offered the slightly lower bid. (I'll admit to some sticker shock as the cost of the project became evident.) Udo Seidel met with us several times in the planning process to choose materials, etc. (We opted for the upgraded insulation board to go under the siding.) I was extremely impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail by the installers (Tony & Robert). They worked long, full days during some of our hotter summer weeks, and were very responsive to questions and requests throughout. (As I'm retired, I was able to watch the process progress day-by-day.) The final product really does look nice."
