In addition, he was quick to do the job and worked around my schedule for both the initial visit and the job itself. The price was very competitive with other roofers I sourced. The workers took pictures throughout the process and provided us with the pictures so we can see exactly what was done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the repair work done. Guardian had to remove siding and shingles in order to properly fix my balcony. They replaced everything perfectly - you would never know they had removed it in the first place. "Robert took on a very difficult project. Our home is a Chicago landmark, and thus we needed to handle our old clay tiles with care; individually removing them and cleaning them so that the roof could be replaced. The roofers then reinstalled the entire clay system after removing an old obsolete chimney and tuckpointing another one. They also sanded down or repaired many aging soffits and fascia, replaced that which had been destroyed or rotted. We had a number of changes along the way, so we had to negotiate as we went and Robert was reasonable in those discussions. As a final note, we quoted out five contractors. Two said our project was too difficult. Two others didn't return my requests for the proposed work; and I wasn't surprised given how pessimistic they were about their ability to accomplish our project. Thanks Robert and team for doing this work."

"I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."

"Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn't even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave's crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. Very professional, courteous, and responsive - highly recommended and we will certainly use them again if the need arises."

"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."

"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity.
