"Best decision I made for home improvement. I reviewed a number of vendors to have my carpets cleaned but only one had real reviews from real people that have an honest recommendation and that was, Northwest Rain Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. My carpets were filthy from kids and dogs and had not been touched in years. Now they look and smell good and that I can entertain again and relax on the floor. I highly recommend Northwest Rain Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning."

"I dealt with Kevin the owner, he was completely honest about everything. Our carpets came out amazing. Absolutely amazing service. Do not look any further."

"The crew did a thorough job, arrived on time, cleaned around the entire house, when finished. The estimate was the most reasonable compared to the other bids received and included a 5 year warranty against future moss growth. I would definitely hire them again."

"Christina is great. Replied quickly, came right on time, the carpets look and feel fantastic."

"Allen was very responsive and courteous. Overall the job was very fast and efficient and he did come back per his guarantee to work a couple of problem areas. The damage from our cats was so severe that the carpet cleaning could not remove the odor, but this was not due to a lack of effort on Allen's part. He would have continued to return and try to work the problem areas but ultimately we determined that the situation was deeper than the carpet and carpet pad and therefore not under his service guarantee. I would recommend Allen and Earthwise Carpet Cleaning to anyone will normal carpet soil and moderate pet damage. Nicole"

"This wall-to-wall carpet is in a two bedroom two bath condo owned by an elderly couple who had a dog and were unable to keep up with the cleaning as needed. He answered my request for a quote promptly and was able to do my service the same day. I have never hired a carpet cleaner before, and was not sure to what degree the carpet would need to be cleaned. It was very dirty and the job required a lot more work than we thought it would. He came in, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned it. I was amazed at the transformation. The job ended up taking quite a bit longer than anticipated, but Mr. Olson was wonderful and did not rush to get completed. I would highly recommend him and his company. Before and after picture"

"Great experience! Making the appointment was easy, and Hunter answered all questions promptly. The price was not the cheapest, but was on the lower end of the bids I'd received. The day of the carpet cleaning, I received text messages at every phase (confirmation of date/time, "en route", "work has finished"). Hunter was on time, very pleasant, and very efficient. All the stains were removed, and the carpet had no chemical smell. It dried in about 6 hours. I'd definitely use Hydra Clean NW again."
