"Henry and team completely renovated our backyard. They installed a retaining wall, concrete patio, rock, sod and a portion of fence with a gate . They also trimmed up the trees and planted new perennials. Henry was very communicative throughout the process and we absolutely loved his designs and ideas. His team was very hardworking and fast without compromising quality. We even had a couple of neighbors comment on what a great job they were doing. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard. "The job went very well. It was extremely laborious - being entirely done by hand, and wheelbarrowing all materials in an out, up and down a hill from the street to the work site. The entire existing sod yard (approx.1400 sq. ft.) was removed, then the dirt was tilled by pick and shovel, 10 inches deep to remove tree roots. Then 6 yards of topsoil was brought in and the yard leveled and re-sodded. Additional perimeter rock was added. Great care was taken by workers to respect existing plants and landscaping. Mr. Mindh was present on all work days providing supervision. I was impressed with both his daily punctuality and responsiveness to phone calls. He did the job as we had originally agreed. I strongly recommend this company."

"Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
