"Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived. They were very polite and more than willing to do whatever was necessary to help me complete the project as I wanted. "I couldn't be happier with my experience.  I had been trying to get this job done for three years.  The previous estimates, when I actually got them, were extremely high.  Mike and Mike came over and gave us a fair estimate and worked with us to extend the bottom landing.  I was also excited that they were able to do the stamped concrete at a reasonable price.  They showed up on time and had the old steps removed in one day.  The job site was always safe and neat.  They also took exceptional care of my landscaping which was located extremely close to where the steps were poured.  Mike did a beautiful job stamping the steps, taking extra time to go back and add detailing to it.  They were able to make the concrete coordinate with the existing stone planters I had.  While the entire process took about two weeks (with the powerwashing and sealing), Mike always called and came when he said he would.  I did have to make several phone calls to get the initial estimate but this seems to be pretty standard among concrete companies and we did play some phone tag.  Overall, I couldn't be happier with how the steps turned out. They are beautiful and  I am already planning a project for next spring."
