"I am devastated and sad that Jacob Lemasters and owner Josh Smith took my 14,000 and left me with a crumbling foundation. I am a senior citizen, battling cancer and my mom was in hospice dying as Foundation Restoration was working on my house. I trusted the City inspector to provide oversight of the quality of the work. The company put in braces and anchors as agreed upon but it didn?t fix the problem and actually made it worse. I asked that the foundation be restored to a safe condition. The fact that they did not do that and is using the excuse that they did what we contractually agreed upon, is heartbreaking. It also totally ignores the fact that they did not solve the problems."

"Joe Safie conducts himself in a professional manner and he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. After he came to look at my basement, I felt very confident contracting with his company. His crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were respectful of my property and put down carpet covering and plastic to keep my home clean while they worked. Everyone worked hard and they left my home clean. I appreciate that attention to detail. This was a big repair for me and Jeremy answered any questions I had.
