"Hot Tub Joe responded promptly to the inquiry about service.  Joe stated upfront the cost of visit plus hourly rate prior to making the site visit.  Joe was able to arrange for same day service since he was doing 2 other jobs within a 35 mile radius of my home. He assessed the problem quilckly and called me with quotes on service and parts.  I was greatly appreciative that he serviced the rural area and provided quick service.  The parts were ordered.  The estimated date to complete the job was completed as quoted by Joe.  Joe worked independently since I was unable to attend while he completed the job.  Joe left the site very clean and inrking order.  Joe called prior to coming to my home, during the maintenance and as he left my home.  I was very impressed with his professionalism.  I plan to use Hot Tub Joe's service for future maintenance and repairs.

"I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Kouder when I first moved in to my new home and needed some lights replaced. He replaced a fan, some outdoor lights and installed a new safety light in the backyard for me. His work quality is excellent! He is very fair in pricing too. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
