I received the initial response to my request within an hour and the repair was done later the same day. Arrived on time, was extremely patient, and not only repaired the dryer but also completely shared some helpful preventative maintenance information that should help extend the life of the appliance as well. Also, of particular noted, the repairman identified an unrelated plumbing issue which has the potential to be extremely costly if left unaddressed. The price was also reasonable and fair. My impression based on my experience is that these are honest, trustworthy, consummate professionals who care about and take pride in their work.
