Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker.
