What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."

Took a few extra days, but that was because we had to special order the shingles (local ordinance required either certification that we had R-38 insulation in the attic or install an upgraded type of shingle). When we were trying to decide between two colors, Ken made sure to find us samples to look at before deciding. At every step we were kept informed of what was going on. Crew was courteous, answered any questions I had and cleaned up every day. When an existing oddball sized attic fan vent could not be reused, Ken went out of his way to locate a suitable replacement when I could not find one. The installation also included passive roof vents (which I didn't expect). The price came in at my high end of estimate, but that was due to the size of the roof, a fair amount of wood that needed to be replaced, extra layers of shingle to be removed and the upgraded shingle requirement."
