"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

"Called on Thursday and roof repair was completed by Monday.. Great Job"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"When my insurance company warned me that my policy would be cancelled unless I replaced my aging roof, I reached out to several companies for estimates. Atom Builders immediately stood out from the rest, thanks to their project manager, Mike. My house, being quite old, had wood shake roofing, which I learned from Mike is no longer permitted in California due to its hazardous nature and propensity for leaks. Mike's expertise and explanation of the situation were exceptional, providing clarity and reassurance during a stressful time. Choosing Atom Builders was an easy decision. They were not only professional and thorough but also remarkably efficient. The entire project, including obtaining all necessary permits and passing inspections, was completed within one week. The quality of work was outstanding, and they handled everything with utmost professionalism. If you're facing any roofing issues or need work done around your house, I highly recommend Atom Builders as your first and on"

"The inspection was performed and received quotes additional services like cleaning gutters and such but the prices requestes was way too high to consider using them for this service.
They came back about a month later to fix few loose tiles on the side of the roof. They fixed the cement tile tiles by putting nailed at the bottom of the tiles. Unfortunately, I was not present during the repair of the tiles. I though it was a little strange when I cam back home and saw the result of the repair. I got other contractors to come and inspect the house for other work and they all mentioned this does not look right.
I would not recommend this company. They were ok with price on the original deal on Angie's list but I am not sure how long this repair will last.

"I interviewed several recommended contractors on my roof replacement and decided to go with the most reputable, Palm Construction. Omri and his team did a quick, efficient and high quality job, with no unexpected costs or unexpected issues. The roof passed inspection and it looks phenomenal! Thank you Palm Construction!"

"I really appreciated working with Diamond Ridge to replace my roof. They gave me a lot of confidence that they would do a great job and would take care of my needs. Marcelo was a wonderful project manager. When he came to look at my property and assess my roofing issues, he took his time to understand my concerns and make sure the issues I had were from the roof and not another source. If I have friends getting their roofs replaced, I will definitely recommend Diamond Ridge and Marcelo for the job."

"I had a leak in my roof and hired this roofing service for repairs. They were professional, efficient, and provided exceptional quality of work. The crew was respectful of my property and provided fair pricing for the repairs. Highly recommend for any roofing needs."
