"John and his team replaced our back brick stairs that were falling apart. They were able to create a new set of stairs that matched our old pavers much better than the previous stairs. They were able to re-grade/level our patio so that it now sits flat. The grading before prevented us from being able to sit our table flat without wobbling. Lastly they provided a new walkway into our backyard. We love the new look and functionality."

"Deck Envy tore down our old wood deck and replaced it with a Trex deck. Johnny Vo was professional every step of the way. He prepared everything for the building permit and kept us informed through the lengthy process. When it came time to build, we were impressed with how meticulous the planning had been so that all the materials were on site. There weren't any delays once Ricardo and his team began. They were always on-time and worked so hard. My husband was impressed by some of the construction techniques that they used. The deck goes around two sides of the house and is two levels. Every seam was accurately cut. My husband and I designed the deck 34 years ago, but it had been poorly resurfaced. Deck Envy took our beloved design and breathed new life into it. The deck never looked so good. The brick patio underneath was showing its age plus part of it had to be torn up to install the new posts. I just expected that part to be restored, but a brick mason was sent to repair the entire patio.. It took years off the patio. This was far above what was expected. Ricardo and his team always kept up with clean-up daily so we did not have a dumpster parked in our yard. In record time, we were given a beautiful new deck. I strongly recommend Deck Envy. "I strongly recommend MCI Contractors for any garden work you need. I have had 5 contractors work on my homes each for 3 to 7 day contracts. By far, MCI Contractors was the best experience. There are several reasons why. First, the contractor (Max) and his crew were extremely easy to work with. When I had any questions, they immediately answered them. When I disagreed with an approach they were taking, they always said "Sir, whatever you want." None of the other 4 contractors said anything like that to me. Second, Max and his subcontractors are very diligent and timely. Even though I did not ask them to do this, they started working on Memorial Day!!! Every other contractor I worked with would always look for an excuse to delay the start of their work. Third, Max and his crew exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted my backyard garden transformed from (honestly) a weed garden to a patio with stone pavers. Before Max and his crew started their work, my backyard garden was the worst in the neighborhood. Now it is the best! I did not not anticipate this at all. "Well they have done another wonderful job! We are so impressed. We added a 30' X 6' upper level flagstone patio with 30 inch stone wall bracing the hill. In addition we added a flagstone walkway and steps. Four years ago CM Hardscapes built a flagstone patio and firepit on the right side of the hill. This year we had them add the new patio to the left side of the hill at a higher level with the pathway and steps to connect the two patios. Bill knew exactly what we wanted working from our excel drawn diagram. Jesus as supervisor worked with us on the details, listening to our considerations on critical parts of the project and adjusted accordingly if needed. His whole team executed it well and timely. It took them about 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Manuel and his son Daniel laid the flagstone and were well experienced in their craft. They were easy to work with throughout the process. "In my back yard I had a leaning brick wall. I called a few masonry places in the area. Most were very expensive so I researched online and found J Sanchez. Jose came over assessed the wall and provided a very reasonable quote. Within a matter of a few days the tore down the original wall and built a new wall. The new wall looks great and he added reenforcement to make sure it would not lean again. When the workers were finished they clean up and put everything back they way they found it. I would definitely call him again if I need any masonry work done."
