Rigo and his team completely transformed everything! They built beautiful new concrete steps with perfectly uniform risers, seamlessly integrated into a brand-new carport slab. The new asphalt driveway now slopes properly away from the house and carport—and we've already seen it work beautifully during heavy rain, with water flowing exactly where it should. They even added a lovely new front walkway connecting our entry landing to the driveway. The work was fast, professional, and a great value. "I strongly recommend MCI Contractors for any garden work you need. I have had 5 contractors work on my homes each for 3 to 7 day contracts. By far, MCI Contractors was the best experience. There are several reasons why. First, the contractor (Max) and his crew were extremely easy to work with. When I had any questions, they immediately answered them. When I disagreed with an approach they were taking, they always said "Sir, whatever you want." None of the other 4 contractors said anything like that to me. Second, Max and his subcontractors are very diligent and timely. Even though I did not ask them to do this, they started working on Memorial Day!!! Every other contractor I worked with would always look for an excuse to delay the start of their work. Third, Max and his crew exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted my backyard garden transformed from (honestly) a weed garden to a patio with stone pavers. Before Max and his crew started their work, my backyard garden was the worst in the neighborhood. Now it is the best! I did not not anticipate this at all. It is all because Max wanted to do the best quality work for my family!"

"Deck Envy tore down our old wood deck and replaced it with a Trex deck. Johnny Vo was professional every step of the way. He prepared everything for the building permit and kept us informed through the lengthy process. When it came time to build, we were impressed with how meticulous the planning had been so that all the materials were on site. There weren't any delays once Ricardo and his team began. They were always on-time and worked so hard. My husband was impressed by some of the construction techniques that they used. The deck goes around two sides of the house and is two levels. Every seam was accurately cut. My husband and I designed the deck 34 years ago, but it had been poorly resurfaced. Deck Envy took our beloved design and breathed new life into it. The deck never looked so good. The brick patio underneath was showing its age plus part of it had to be torn up to install the new posts. I just expected that part to be restored, but a brick mason was sent to repair the entire patio.. It took years off the patio. This was far above what was expected. Ricardo and his team always kept up with clean-up daily so we did not have a dumpster parked in our yard. In record time, we were given a beautiful new deck. I strongly recommend Deck Envy. "Perfect, 2 courteous gentlemen were here for 2 days and redid our front patio that my parents build 16 years ago. Some of the rows of bricks were sinking. They took all the bricks up and repaired the border and laid the bricks back down and the patio looks brand new. It truly looks professional now and the guys were a pleasant to work with."

"Well they have done another wonderful job! We are so impressed. We added a 30' X 6' upper level flagstone patio with 30 inch stone wall bracing the hill. In addition we added a flagstone walkway and steps. Four years ago CM Hardscapes built a flagstone patio and firepit on the right side of the hill. This year we had them add the new patio to the left side of the hill at a higher level with the pathway and steps to connect the two patios. Bill knew exactly what we wanted working from our excel drawn diagram. Jesus as supervisor worked with us on the details, listening to our considerations on critical parts of the project and adjusted accordingly if needed. His whole team executed it well and timely. It took them about 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Manuel and his son Daniel laid the flagstone and were well experienced in their craft. They were easy to work with throughout the process. Manuel helped us work through some of the key design questions such as the patio border and related structural questions. We appreciated his expertise. We highly recommend this company. "The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."

"Lily and her crew did an amazing job re-landscaping our backyard. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly.
